Publisher Management tool allows you to see all partners that interacted with your program in any way.
You can check which partners:
Are currently joined
Have their partnership ended
Have left
Have been rejected
Go to Publishers > Manage > Publisher Management to use this tool.
Navigating through Publisher Management
Search
To the left-hand side, you can see the search bar where you can find your current partners by searching for their name or publisher ID.
Underneath are the filter options, to help narrow down your search. Here you can select through Promotional Types, Publisher Status, Sector and Date Joined.
Results
If you haven’t searched or selected a filter, all your current partners will automatically be listed in the Results section. There are different columns to help you identify each partner:
Primary Type - Shows which type of partner they identify the most with when promoting advertisers on our platform.
Status - Shows you what their status is on your program which could either be Joined, Left, Rejected or Partnership Ended.
Join Date - Shows when they joined your program.
Action
Underneath Action, you have four actionable buttons:
Magnifying glass - Takes you directly to a partner’s profile page.
Cog - Takes you to the tracking settings of a specific partner where you can add a custom landing page URL and/or click appends.
Graph - Takes you to a report showing the partner’s performance over time. It’s very handy when you want to quickly find their past performance.
X - Ends the partnership with a partner from your program. Once you click X, a pop-up box will appear for you to select a reason for ending the partnership and write a short message to the partner. It’s best practice to give the partner a reason for ending the partnership to save any confusion or misunderstanding. You’ll also be given the option to end the partnership with the partner immediately or give them a 7-day notice period. Once you are happy with your text and decision click End Partnership.
Options
It allows you to download the search results, as a CSV or Excel file.

How can I see which partners are joined to my program?
You’re able to see which partners are joined to your program in the Publisher Management tool available on the platform on the Publishers tab. Here you are presented with a results table that is filtered to show your current partners as default.
