Find and manage partners in the new Awin platform

This guide explains how to use the Partnerships overview and All Partnerships pages in the new Awin platform to discover, assess, and manage your partners.

Partnerships overview

The Partnerships overview page brings together everything you need to find the right partners, understand performance, and spot new opportunities.

To access it, go to the new Awin platform and navigate to Partnerships > Overview.

‘Find partners’ search

Use the Find partners search tool to quickly discover relevant affiliates. Awin’s upgraded search delivers accurate, high‑quality matches, with filters and insights to help you refine your results.

Recommended partners

Awin’s recommendation engine highlights partners most likely to benefit your program, based on your goals, sector, region, and predicted performance.

You can browse recommendations by goal:

  • Best matches - Top overall predicted performers.

  • Increase conversion rate - 10%+ conversion growth over the past 3 months.

  • Increase brand awareness - Reach new audiences.

  • Increase average order value - Proven to lift basket sizes.

  • Increase revenue - Strong historic revenue performance.

These AI‑driven suggestions help you uncover valuable partners without needing to search manually.

Top partners

The Top partners chart shows which affiliates drove the most revenue in your selected date range.

It gives a quick view of who’s delivering the most value so you can strengthen key relationships and spot performance trends.

Click See publisher performance report to access detailed stats in Awin Classic to help optimize your strategy.

Search tech partners and plugins

This section shows tools that can boost traffic, conversions, average order value, or fix site issues.

Click Go to plugin store to browse plugins matched to your goals - from reducing cart abandonment to improving user journeys.

Latest partnerships

Here you can see the most recent affiliates who joined your program, including their country and join date.

Use this section to identify new partners early, prioritize outreach and grow valuable new relationships.

All partnerships

You can access this via:

  • See all partnerships link at the bottom of Latest Partnerships, or

  • Partnerships > All partnerships in the main navigation on the left.

This page includes two sections, Pending partners and Your partnerships.

Pending partners

This section allows you to view and manage applications from new partners. Up to five recent requests are shown, including name, website, promotional type, and sector.

Click a row to view the partner’s full profile.

To approve a partner

  1. Click the ✔ icon.

  2. In the side panel:

    • Optionally send a message.

    • Select a commission rate (required).

    • Optionally add a publisher tag.

  3. Click Approve partner.

To decline a partner

  1. Click the X icon.

  2. Select a reason (not shared with the partner).

  3. Click Decline partner.

Acting quickly helps maintain partner engagement and supports program health.

Your partnerships

This section lists all partners that interacted with your program. You can find your current partners, as well as those who left your program or have a pending invitation.

You can filter by:

  • Status

  • Promotional type

  • Sector

  • Region

Or sort by:

  • Joined date

  • Application date

  • Invitation date
