Discounts or promotions used to track and incentivize affiliate-driven sales.

Locking period

Auto-validation

When you can no longer edit commissions, and these are paid out to partners.

Valid transactions

Transaction validation

The process of reviewing and finalizing commissions for approved transactions.

Declined (publisher-related)

Publisher rejected

Partner declined from the affiliate program.

Removed (publisher-related)

Publisher suspended

Partner removed from the affiliate program.

On Holds (publisher-related)

Publisher suspended from network

Partner suspended from the network by our Compliance Team.

Tracking gap / cookie window

Cookie window

The length of time to offer commission between the last click and the conversion.

Order ID

Order reference or EXTRA

This is the unique ID for every transaction - an ID that’s determined by the advertiser’s system and tracking.
