How to not miss a live webinar after registering
After registering, follow these steps to make sure you receive your confirmation email and can add the session to your calendar.
1. Check your email
Look for the webinar confirmation email.
If it’s not in your inbox, check your junk or spam folders.
2. Add the webinar to your calendar using the .ics file
From the confirmation email:
Tap the attached .ics file.
Your iPhone will open a Calendar preview.
Tap Add All or Add.
Choose the calendar you want to save the event to.
3. If the .ics file shows as “Unavailable”
Check your calendar account settings:
Go to Settings > Calendar > Accounts.
Confirm your Outlook / Exchange account is added and enabled.
Make sure Calendars is toggled ON.
4. Add the webinar manually (if needed)
If the file does not open, you can manually add the event:
Open the Calendar app on your iPhone.
Tap + in the top‑right corner.
Enter:
Title (for example: Awin Webinar).
Date and time.
Paste the Teams join link into the Notes or Location field.
Tap Add.

If you are unable to catch a webinar live, you can watch all recordings on:
Subscribe to receive notifications whenever new recordings are published.
