If you’ve changed your bank account and need to update your Direct Debit with Awin, you’ll need to complete a new Direct Debit mandate.

Contact us to request the digital mandate form. If you have a dedicated Awin contact, please reach out to them. If not, you can get in touch with our support team by filling out the contact form.

Once completed and returned, your new mandate will be processed and activated.
