This article explains how you can split and view tenancy and network fees on your invoices.

Fee Manager is available only for Awin Accelerate and Awin Advanced plans.

To include tenancy information on your invoice and show the split between the commission and the network fee for tenancy transactions, please contact us. If you have a dedicated Awin contact, please reach out to them. If not, you can get in touch with our support team by filling out the contact form.

Once enabled, the invoiced amounts of commissions and network fees for tenancy transactions are shown in the invoice on separate rows.

The network fee per transaction is available in both the Transactions report and through the Transactions API. It’s visible as a new column in the Transactions report and also included in the export of that report.

If you are on special invoicing terms, you may not be able to see the network fee in both the interface and API.
