How to analyze campaign performance

You can access performance data on the Dashboard and Reports tabs in the platform. Here’s how to use the key reports:

Publisher Performance report

Gives a top-level view of your partner mix:

  • Impressions, clicks, conversion rate

  • Average order value (AOV)

  • Transactions, commissions, and revenue

Use this to identify your top, mid, and long-tail partners.

Top Publishers Comparison report

Compare performance across two time periods:

  • See how individual partners performed before, during, or after a campaign.

  • Great for measuring the impact of seasonal or promotional activity.

Performance Over Time report

Track performance trends over a set period:

  • Useful for spotting long-term patterns or short-term spikes.

  • Filter by specific partners to drill down into individual results.

Transactions report

Provides a detailed breakdown of all transactions:

  • Search by order reference, voucher code, or partner.

  • Includes time between click and purchase for deeper insight.

Leverage partner insights

Build strong relationships with your partners - they often have additional data to share, such as:

  • Newsletter stats (sends, open rates, click-through rates)

  • Editorial performance (page views, bounce rates, etc.)

These insights can help you measure success beyond what’s available in the Awin platform.

Track your voucher codes

To measure the impact of voucher codes:

  • Export data from the Transactions report.

  • Filter by voucher code to see usage and performance.
