This article covers how to use the Partner Discovery feature to find and recruit new partners onto your program.

Where to find new partners

Log into your Awin account and navigate to Publishers > Search > Partner Discovery.

Here you can:

  • Search for partners by their name or product category, using the search bar.

  • View recommended partners based on goals:

    • Increase conversion rate

    • Initiate more sales

    • Increase average order value

  • View partners based on their type: publishers, tech partners, influencers and brand partners.

Click View all to see more details and browse the following tabs:

  • Recommended: Up to 25 partners are recommended daily based on an algorithm tailored to your program.

  • All: All partners in the network.

  • Not Invited: Partners you haven’t contacted yet.

  • Invited: Partners you’ve already invited.

How to invite partners

If a partner is a good fit for your program:

  • Click the orange + button under Actions to send an invitation.

  • Write a personal message to introduce yourself and let them know why they should work with you, to increase your chances of acceptance.

  • Select the commission rate you want to offer them from the drop-down menu.

  • Add Publisher tags that will help you organize your partners (only you can see them).

You can also start with a direct message using the envelope icon under Actions.

Note

You can invite as many partners as you’d like to collaborate with through the platform.

How to track your invites

To monitor your outreach:

  • Go to the Invited tab.

  • Use the Membership Status filter to see which partners have accepted the invitation (Joined), rejected it (Invite Rejected) or are still pending (Invited).

Tips for effective recruitment

  • Before inviting a partner, click their name to view their full profile and see: their website description, promotional methods, audience focus, key selling points, media kit.

  • Use filters such as region, sector, or promotional type to narrow down your search. Note that the filters don’t work in the Recommended tab.

  • Start with a message before inviting if you want to build a relationship first.

  • Personalize your invitation messages to stand out.

  • Follow up with partners who haven’t responded.


FAQ

Can I bulk invite partners to my program?

It’s not possible for you to bulk invite partners yourself. However, you can share a list of the publisher IDs you want to bulk invite with us and will be able to do this for you. If you have a dedicated Awin contact, please reach out to them. If not, you can get in touch with our support team by filling out the contact form.
