The Publisher Directory helps you find, assess and connect with partners who match your brand and program goals. You can use it to search, filter, review and invite partners to join your program.

Accessing the Publisher Directory

  1. Log in to your Awin account.

  2. Go to Publishers > Search > Partner Discovery.

  3. Use the search field to enter a partner name or product category.

Using the directory

The directory includes several filters and tabs to help you refine your search.

Publisher filter

Choose to view all partners or focus on those with incomplete profiles or newly joined to Awin.

Promotional Type

Filter by how partners promote to their audience, such as content, email or search. Use the drop-down arrow to reveal more specific types, including newsletters and influencers.

You can also filter individually by Brand Partnerships partners.

Sector filter

Filter by either your primary sector or all your chosen sectors. To explore additional sectors, expand the drop-down list and select any that apply.

Regions filter

Filter by either your primary region or all labelled sales regions. To explore other regions, expand the drop-down list and choose the regions you want to include.

All, Not Invited, Invited

  • All: Shows partners who are invited and not yet invited to your program.

  • Not Invited: Shows partners you have not yet invited to join your program

  • Invited: Shows partners you have invited who have not yet responded. Use this view to follow up with partners you are keen to onboard.

Recommended

The Recommended tab provides tailored partner suggestions for your program. Recommendations refresh every 24 hours and are powered by machine learning - voting on relevancy helps improve future recommendations.

Understanding your results

Each partner result includes key details to help you assess their suitability:

  • Company name: The name they used to register to Awin, this may differ from their public brand name.

  • Primary promotional type: Their main promotion method, some partners use more than one.

  • Accepted memberships: Number of programs the partner already works with. Larger numbers suggest experience and wider audience reach.

  • Membership status: Shows whether they are already in your program, invited or not yet connected.

Reviewing the partners

  • Review their website: Select the computer icon to confirm their site aligns with your brand and partnership goals.

  • Explore their profile: Select the magnifying glass to view their profile description, social media links and any paid opportunities they offer.

  • Contact them: Use the email icon to send direct message introducing your brand, your program and opportunities for further collaboration.

  • Invite them: Select the + icon to invite the partner to join your program.

How do I know which partners are the best fit for my program?

Look for partners whose promotional type, sector and website align with your brand and target audience. Their profile description and accepted memberships can also help you understand their partnership value.

Can I contact a partner before inviting them?

Yes. Use the email icon either within the search listing or on their profile to send a direct message and introduce your program.

What should I look for when reviewing a partner’s website?

Check that their content, audience, tone and promotional approach align with your brand. Make sure their site is active, relevant and trustworthy.

How do I re-invite a partner who hasn’t responded?

If their membership status is “invited”, you can send a follow-up email via the email icon.
