Partner profiles in the new Awin platform

Prev Next

This article describes the partner profile feature in our new Awin platform and how you can use it to manage your partnerships.

Partner profiles give you a clearer, more streamlined way to manage, review, and grow your partnerships. The profile automatically adapts to your relationship with each partner. You can see different details and take different actions based on your partnership status:

  • You’re already working with this partner.

  • You’re not yet connected to this partner.

  • You’ve worked with this partner before.

To view the updated partner profile, go to the new Awin platform and explore the Partnerships area. Click on the partner’s row within the search results or All partnerships section, or on their card within the Recommended partners.

Active partnerships

For partners you currently work with, you can:

  • Take direct action to manage the partnership.

  • View the partner’s details.

  • Check their performance.

Take action

  • Contact partner - Send a direct message.

  • End partnership - Select a reason and add a message to the partner. You can choose for the partnership to end in 7 days (standard notice period) or with immediate effect.

  • Add notes - Use the Notes button (top right) to record private information related to the partner. Notes are internal to your program, and you can make them visible only to yourself.

View partner details

You can see their contact details straight away, as well as badges connected to their activity on Awin. For example, Popular partner means they work with more than 50 advertisers.

Click the Overview tab to see more:

  • Active countries

  • Promotional types

  • Sectors

  • Promotional spaces (e.g., website, social media)

  • About information - key facts about them

  • Regulatory body membership (if applicable)

Check performance

Click the Insights tab to access:

  • Your partnership at a glance - Review clicks, ROAS (return on ad spend), revenue, and commission. Default view is for yesterday, but you can adjust the timeframe.

  • Performance links - Jump to pre‑filtered reports in Awin Classic.

  • Quick actions - Access tools like Link Builder or My Offers directly, to easily manage the partnership.

Partners you’re not connected to

For partners you haven’t partnered with yet, you can:

  • Check if you’ve already interacted with them.

  • Review the partner’s details to decide whether to invite them to your program.

  • Take direct action to start the partnership.

Review their status and history

  • See whether you’ve declined them before (and when).

  • Check if you’ve already sent an invite. If it was over 7 days ago, you can send a reminder.

  • If they applied to join your program, you’ll see the options to approve or decline.

Can partners see my notes?

No, the notes are only visible to other users who have been given access to your program, or only to yourself if you choose that option.
