How to access
Go to the new Awin platform.
Navigate to Commissions > Review commission payments.
Note
This page currently covers only a part of the validation process. Other validation tools are still available in Awin Classic and will be moved over time.
To access these tools, click More actions in the top-right corner.
Review commission payments
On this page you can access all your commission payments, both pending and validated - just toggle between the tabs:
Review pending - Here you can see all pending commission payments that need validation before they can be processed and paid out to your partners.
View all - Here you can view your validated commissions.
Review pending commission payments
Use the Review pending tab to check your pending commission payments and take action.
For each pending commission you can see a variety of data points. The default view consists of:

Order reference
Order date
Partner who earned it
Coupon code (if used)
Order value
Commission amount
You can customize this view to see more information, for example custom parameters, conversion time or campaign.
To adjust which columns are displayed:
Click Edit table.
Click the values you want to remove to deselect them.
Select the values you want to show.
Click Apply.
To go back to the previous view, click Reset to default.
Note
You can only select up to 6 columns at a time.
You can’t deselect the Commission ID.
Enriched commission view
Click on the Commission ID to open the enriched commission view, where you can see more details, and approve or decline the commission payment.
This view includes:
Transaction details (order date, event type, partner)
Commission payment breakdown (status, order value, commission, fees)
Payment progress (created → reviewed → invoiced → paid)
Click-to-conversion time, and more.
This allows you to review all the details and validate commission payment on a single screen, saving you time.
Validating individual commissions
To approve or decline commissions one by one:
Make sure the Multi-select toggle is switched off.
Locate the commission payment you want to validate.
Click the ✔ (approve) or X (decline) at the end of the row.
Confirm your choice in the pop-up:
For approved commission, click Approve commission to proceed.
For declined commission, select a reason from the drop-down (e.g., order returned), then click Decline commission to proceed.
The commission will be removed from the pending list.
Important
Once validated, the action cannot be undone. Double-check before confirming.
Validating multiple commissions
To approve or decline several commissions at once:
Make sure the Multi-select toggle is switched on.
Tick the box at the end of each row you want to include.
Important
When declining multiple commissions, group them by the same reason. Providing accurate decline reasons supports strong partner relationships and reduces follow-up queries.

See how many rows you’ve selected.
Clear your selection.
Click Approve or Decline.
Confirm your choice in the pop-up:
For approved commissions, click Approve commissions.
