How to respond to a pending application
To approve or reject a partner’s application, you can either find the pending requests in the To Do List on your main dashboard or under Publishers > Publisher Approvals within the Awin platform.
This page allows you to manage your partner applications and will list all partners who have requested to join your advertiser program. You can also filter pending applications by promotional type for ease. Use the action buttons found on the right-hand side to view the profiles of the partners, in case you want to read more about a particular partner, as well as approving or rejecting.
Bulk-approving requests
You can bulk-approve partners by selecting the specific requests and then clicking Approve Selected at the bottom of the page. If you want to choose all of them, simply tick the Select all box at the top right of the page.
Auto-approving requests
You can also approve partners through the auto-approval feature, which automatically adds all incoming requests to your program. If you wish to turn this feature on or off, please contact us.
