Process all partners applications (applicable only if you have automated partner approvals disabled) | Review pending partners, and approve or decline their applications. If their primary URL appears irrelevant, they may intend to promote you through other websites. If you don’t want to approve a partner, please provide a reason.

Validate pending transactions and transaction queries | Frequent validation enables faster return on investment for partners, encouraging them to work more closely with you. Review pending transactions and approve or decline transactions. Check for any Transaction Queries submissions from either cashback or loyalty partners whose members’ transactions may have not tracked or have tracked as incorrect. If you have a high volume of transactions, batch validation is recommended.

Maintain a healthy product feed (applicable if you have a product feed) | Check that you are always passing correct prices in your feed. Ensure that new products are correctly mapped. If your product information changes frequently, then an automated data feed upload method should be implemented with the network.

Engage in regular partner communication | Inform partners about your best selling products, offers and discounts. Keep them up to date with any changes to your program and offer incentives where possible. Discounts and commission increases can help to increase exposure and should be communicated. The best method of communication is the Communication Center. Speak with your top 5-10 partners regularly.

Develop your partner relationships | Speak with your partners regarding targets, bonuses or private commissions (if applicable). For your top performing partners we advise adopting a direct line of communication via email or telephone.

Manage and upload any new creatives | Ensure that any new banner creative is available for partners within the My Creative tool. Never delete banners, but update them with new ones.

Update your profile with any new contact details | Please update any new contact details for your program to ensure partners have the correct contact details to speak to a member of the team.
