This article walks you through everything you need - from accessing the page to validating in bulk and exporting your data. ## How to access 1. Go to the new Awin platform. 2. Navigate to **Commissions > Review commission payments**. On this page you can access all your commission payments, both pending and validated. Toggle between the two tabs: - **Review pending** - All pending commission payments that need validation before they can be processed and paid out to your partners. - **View all** - Your validated commissions. ## Review pending commission payments Use the **Review pending** tab to check and act on your pending commissions. The default view shows the following data points for each commission: - **Commission ID** - A unique identifier assigned when the commission is tracked or generated - Order reference - Order date - Partner who earned it - Coupon code (if used) - Order value - Commission amount You can customize this view to show additional information, such as custom parameters, conversion time, or campaign. To adjust which columns are displayed: 1. Click **Edit table**. 2. Deselect any columns you don’t need. 3. Select the columns you want to add. 4. Click **Apply**. 5. To restore the original view, click **Reset to default**. > [!NOTE] > Note > > You can only select up to 6 columns at a time. > > You can’t deselect the Commission ID. ## Commission details page Click on any **Commission ID** to open the **Commission details page**. This gives you a full view of that commission in one place, and lets you approve or decline it directly. The page includes: - **Transaction details:** Order date, event type, currency, order reference, and partner - **Commission breakdown:** Status, order value, commission, and fees - **Payment progress:** Created → Reviewed → Invoiced → Paid - Click-to-conversion time - Accepted domains - Commission group details - Product details - Custom parameters ## Validating commissions Validating on time helps protect your budget, ensures partners are compensated accurately, and keeps your program running smoothly. On Awin platform you can validate commissions individually, choose multiple commissions or validate in batches. ### Validating individual commissions To approve or decline commissions one by one: 1. Make sure the **Multi-select** toggle is switched off. 2. Locate the commission you want to validate. 3. Click the ✔ (approve) or **X** (decline) at the end of the row. 4. Confirm your choice in the pop-up: - To approve: click **Approve commission**. - To decline: select a reason from the drop-down, then click **Decline commission**. 5. The commission is removed from the pending list. > [!WARNING] > Important > > Once validated, the action can’t be undone. Double-check before confirming. ### Validating multiple commissions To approve or decline several commissions at once: 1. Make sure the **Multi-select** toggle is switched on. 2. Check the box at the end of each row you want to include. > [!WARNING] > Important > > When declining multiple commissions, group them by the same reason. Providing accurate decline reasons supports strong partner relationships and reduces follow-up queries. 3. At the bottom of the table you’ll see the number of commissions selected, and an option to **Clear selection**. 4. Click **Approve** or **Decline**. 5. Confirm in the pop-up: - To approve: click **Approve commissions**. - To decline: select a reason that applies to all selected commissions, then click **Decline commissions**. 6. The commissions are removed from the pending list. > [!WARNING] > Important > > Once validated, the action can’t be undone. Double-check before confirming. ### Batch validating commissions You can validate multiple pending commissions at once using **Batch Process Commission** option which is available in Awin Classic only. Read more about it [here](/advertisers/docs/batch-validate-pending-transactions). ## Adjust your view You can customize how commission payments are displayed using filters, sorting, and row settings. ### Filtering - **Event** - Filter by commission type (e.g., order or lead). - **Partner** - Show commissions for a specific partner. - **Condition** - Show shared commissions. - **Status** - Available on the **View all** tab. Filter by pending, approved, declined, or invoiced. - **Search bar** - Search by order reference, coupon code, or other parameters. - **Start date - End date** - Set a custom date range using the calendar. ### Sorting Click any column heading to sort by that field. Results sort descending first; click again to switch to ascending. ### Rows per page Use the drop-down in the bottom-left corner to set how many rows display per page. You can choose between 25 and 500 rows. ## Export the data You can export commission data for both pending and validated payments. Choose exactly which data points to include before running the export so there’s no need to filter the file afterwards. To create a report: 1. Edit the table to show the data you want - set the date range and select your columns. 2. Click **Export** on the right side above the table. 3. In the export settings pop-up: 1. Choose to export the current table settings or all available data. 2. Select the file format - Excel or CSV. 4. Click **Create report**. 5. When the report is ready, choose to download or discard it. --- ### FAQ #### Can I validate multiple commissions at once? Yes. Use the **Multi-select** toggle above the table to select and validate several commissions in one go. #### Can Shopify help validate my commissions? Yes.
