QR codes offer a simple, low-cost way to connect offline marketing with online sales - perfect for partners with physical locations. ## What is a QR code A [QR code](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/QR_code) is a scannable image that directs users to a webpage - like a product, homepage, newsletter, or social media. It’s a fast, convenient way to engage customers using their smartphones. ## Where can QR codes be used Anywhere physical. Common placements include: - Leaflets, posters, or pamphlets - In-store displays - Product packaging **Example:** A hotel might place a leaflet in guest rooms with a QR code linking to the tea or coffee products offered. ## Why use QR codes - **Reach more customers:** Bring your products into physical spaces and tap into new audiences. - **Expand marketing channels:** Partners can promote your products offline - sometimes their strongest channel. - **Low cost:** QR codes are inexpensive to create and use.
