# Updating your Direct Debit

If you’ve changed your bank account and need to update your Direct Debit with Awin, you’ll need to complete a new Direct Debit mandate.

Contact us to request the digital mandate form. If you have a dedicated Awin contact, please reach out to them. If not, you can get in touch with our support team by filling out the [contact form](http://app.awin.com/{locale}/awin/advertiser/{advertiserId}/support).

Once completed and returned, your new mandate will be processed and activated.
