# Publisher Performance report

## Overview

The **Publisher Performance report** gives you a clear view of how each of your partners is contributing to your program. Use it to compare partner performance, track key metrics, and make informed decisions about your affiliate program.

## Accessing the report

To access the Publisher Performance report, go to **Reports** in the left-side navigation, then select **Performance > Publisher**.

## Filtering the report

Use the filters at the top of the report to narrow down your data. Select an option from each dropdown, then the report updates automatically.

- **Calendar Date** - Select the time period you want to view. The default is **This month**. Use the clear (**X**) button next to the selected date to reset the filter.
- **Publisher Name** - Filter by one or more specific partners.
- **Publisher Tags** - Filter by tags assigned to your partners. If you haven’t created any publisher tags yet, this filter shows **No data**.
- **Transaction Status** - Filter by the current status of transactions, such as pending or approved.
- **Transaction Type** - Filter by the type of transaction recorded, such as a sale or bonus.

## Reading the report

The report is made up of three sections: a KPI summary, charts, and a data table.

### KPI summary

At the top of the report, you can see the following headline metrics for your selected filters:

- **Clicks** - Total number of clicks across all partners.
- **Total Transactions** - Total number of transactions recorded.
- **Total Revenue** - Total revenue generated through your partners.
- **Total Commission** - Total commission paid or owed to your partners.
- **Active Publishers** - Number of partners currently active in your program.

### Charts

Two charts are displayed beneath the KPI summary.

- **Total Transactions** - A bar chart showing your top partners ranked by transaction volume.
- **Total Transactions by Publisher Type** - A chart breaking down transactions by partner type, such as ad networks, cashback, comparison sites, content creators and influencers, e-mail, editorial, media brokers, and retargeting display.

You can customize what the charts display. You can choose the metrics such as **Clicks**, **Total Revenue, Total Commission** or **Total AOV**. You can also change how data is grouped by selecting **Publisher Type**, **Publisher Parent Type**, or **Publisher Tags**, giving you a high degree of flexibility in how you analyze partner performance.

### Data table

The data table beneath the charts shows a detailed breakdown by partner. The table includes the following columns:

- **Publisher Name** - The name of the partner
- **ROI** - Return on investment for each partner
- **CPA** - Cost per acquisition
- **CPC** - Cost per click
- **Clicks** - Number of clicks driven by the partner
- **Total Transactions** - Number of transactions attributed to the partner
- **Total Revenue** - Revenue generated by the partner
- **Total Commission** - Commission attributed to the partner

## Exporting the report

To share or save your data, click the **Export** button in the report. The following options are available:

- **Download PDF**
- **Download PNG**
- **Send email once**
- **Schedule recurring email** - Set up automatic email delivery of the report on a recurring basis.

> Use **Schedule recurring email** to keep your team up to date automatically - no need to log in and export the report manually each time.
