Your advertiser profile gives partners a clear view of your brand and key program details. It’s managed in the new Awin platform in Program settings and is visible to all partners across the network.
To access and edit your profile, click on Settings icon from the top-right navigation, and then go to Program Settings > Program profile.
This article explains each section of your profile and how to get the most out of it.
Key details of your program
This section appears at the top of your profile and gives partners an overview of your program. Some fields can be edited by clicking on Edit profile; others are generated automatically by the platform.
Logo: Upload a clear image of your brand logo. Avoid stock images or product shots. A recognizable logo helps partners identify your brand quickly and advertise you accurately.
Program name: Your program name is displayed at the top of your profile and identifies your brand across the network. It’s set during program setup and can’t be changed independently. Contact Awin support if you need to update it.
Website: Add your website URL so partners can easily visit and assess your brand before applying to your program. Keep this up to date if your website address ever changes.
Social links: Add your relevant social media links in the social links field. Keep these current so partners can find and follow your brand easily.
Categories: Select the categories that best describe your business. Partners use categories to discover relevant programs, so accurate categorization helps you attract the right publishers. You can select more than one category. This field was previously named Sector.
Advertiser ID: Your Advertiser ID is a unique number assigned to your program. You may need it when contacting Awin support, so it’s worth noting where to find it.
Joined date: This shows the date your program joined the Awin network. It’s automatically set and can’t be edited.
Contact details and primary contact name
Keep your contact details and primary contact name up to date. This is where partners will go if they need to reach someone at your organization.
Remember to update this section whenever your main point of contact changes. Outdated contact details can affect your program’s success.
Note
Consider setting up a dedicated email address for partner communications to make managing inquiries easier, for example partners@brandname.com.
Link status
Partners can check here whether your tracking links are active. This helps them confirm your program is technically ready before they start promoting you.
Note
The Link status feature currently applies only to advertisers upgraded from ShareASale. Original Awin advertisers will always show their link status as online, regardless of their payment status.
Payment status
Once you’re paying partners, they’ll see your current payment status and average payment time here. This information helps partners assess the reliability and speed of your payments before joining your program. To learn more about this indicator, read our Payment status article.
Tracking information
Partners can check your cookie attribution period here. This shows how many days after a click a transaction can still be attributed to that partner. For example, if the attribution period is 30 days, any qualifying transaction that happens within 30 days of the click will be attributed to the partner.
Program overview and More about this program
The Program overview field is where you can add a short overview of your business and program. Keep it concise and informative - this is often the first thing a partner reads.
Section More about this program gives you additional space to tell your brand story. Here are some ideas for what to include:
A brief introduction to your brand and what makes it unique.
Your target market and the audiences you reach.
What partners can expect from your program.
Whether there are specific partner types you’re looking to work with.
Visibility
When your program is live, your profile is visible to all partners on Awin - including partners who haven’t yet joined. It will also be visible on the external Awin Advertiser Directory.
Note
Keep your profile information accurate and professionally presented at all times.
