The performance over time report helps you understand how your program is performing across key metrics within a selected date range. It includes a customizable table and a dynamic chart, making it easier to monitor trends, compare publisher activity, and identify unusual patterns that may require deeper investigation. ## What this report shows Use this report to: - Review performance across clicks, transactions, revenue, and commission. - Identify daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly trends, including seasonal peaks. - Compare performance for individual publishers or publisher groups using tags. - Spot unusual performance behavior or potential tracking issues. > [!WARNING] > **Tip** > > To view a short description of any performance metric, hover over the column header in the table. ## How to access the report To access the report in the platform, navigate to **Reports > Performance > Performance Over Time**. The default view shows data for the current month, grouped by day and sorted by highest transaction volume. ## Filters you can apply You can use the filters below to generate the report that best fits your needs. ### Period Set the date range you want to analyze. ### Based on Choose whether the data should be grouped by: - **Transaction date**: when the transaction occurred, or - **Validation date:** when the commission was approved or declined. ### Group by Choose how you want the chart to display data (e.g., by day, week, month, or year). ### Publisher Search for specific publishers or filter by: - Publisher type (predefined categories), or - Publisher tags (your own custom groupings). ### Transaction status Select the statuses you want to include, such as pending, approved, or declined. ### Transaction type Include or exclude specific transaction types (some types may require extra configuration to work). ### Commission groups If your program uses commission groups, you can select one or more to compare performance. ## Customizing the Report Once you generated the report, you can adjust the layout and appearance using the formatting tools on the right side of the table. You can also change the chart type by selecting the icons above the graph - choose from column, line, or area chart. ## Exporting the data You can download the table as an Excel or CSV file for external analysis. To export: 1. Click **Options.** 2. Select **Export as Excel** or **Export as CSV**. **Excel:** Includes only the visible columns and selected data. **CSV:** Includes all available columns and the full dataset.
