# Recruit and manage partners

This article explains how to invite new partners to your program, review incoming applications, and manage your existing partnerships.

## Invite partners to your program

To invite a partner, open their profile from **Partner search**, **Smart search** results or **Recommended partners** list.

From the profile you can:

- **Invite the partner to your program** - Add a personal message, set a commission rate, and optionally apply a publisher tag.
- **Contact partner** - Send a message before deciding whether to invite them.
- **Add notes** - Record private information visible only to your team.

Once invited, check the status from the partner profile. If the invitation was sent more than 7 days ago, you can send a reminder.

> 
> Personalizing your invitation message significantly increases your chances of acceptance. Tell the partner why your program is a good fit for them.

## Review and approve partner applications

Navigate to **Partnerships > All partnerships > Pending partners** to see incoming applications. Up to five recent requests are shown, including name, website, promotional type, and sector.

Click any row to open the partner’s full profile before deciding.

To approve a partner:

1. Click the ✔ icon.
2. In the side panel:
  - Optionally send a message.
  - Select a commission rate (required).
  - Optionally add a publisher tag.
3. Click **Approve partner**.

To decline a partner:

1. Click the **X** icon.
2. Select a reason (not shared with the partner).
3. Click **Decline partner**.

> 
> Before approving, click the partner’s name to review their full profile - including promotional methods, audience focus, and media kit.

## Auto-approve partner applications

You can automatically approve all incoming partner requests, which helps scale your program without manual reviews. However, with the auto-approval on, you’ll have less direct control over which partners promote your brand.

## Manage your existing partnerships

View and manage all partnerships from **Partnerships > All partnerships > Your partnerships**.

It lists all partners that interacted with your program. You can find your current partners, as well as those who left your program or have a pending invitation.

Filter the list by status, promotional type, sector, or region.

From any active partner’s profile you can take following actions:

- **Contact partner** - Send a direct message.
- **End partnership** - Select a reason and choose 7-day notice or immediate effect.
- **Check performance** - Click the **Insights** tab to review clicks, ROAS, revenue, and commission.
- **Add notes** - Record private information visible only to your team.

For previously ended partnerships, you can resume them or send a new invite from the partner profile.

> Tip
> 
> Use the section **Latest partnerships** on **Partnerships > Overview** to view the most recent affiliates who joined your program, including their country and join date. It’s useful to identify new partners early, prioritize outreach and grow valuable new relationships.

## Track your partner performance

The **Top partners** chart on **Partnerships > Overview** shows which affiliates drove the most revenue in your selected date range. Click **See publisher performance report** for detailed stats.

#### Can I bulk invite partners to my program?

It’s not possible to bulk invite partners through the platform. Share a list of publisher IDs with us and we can do this for you. If you have a dedicated Awin contact, please reach out to them.
