# Issues with Awin features

If you’ve hit an error page while exploring features on the Awin platform, here’s what might be happening - and how to fix it.

## Why you’re seeing an error page

You may not have access to the feature because:

- **The feature isn’t included in your plan:** Some features are exclusive to our **Accelerate** or **Advanced** plans.
- **Wrong account type:** You might be trying to access an advertiser feature with a partner account, or vice versa.
- **Broken or incorrect link:** Double-check the URL or try navigating directly through the Awin platform.
- **Incorrect platform:** You may be trying to access a feature that’s only available in the **New Awin** while using **Awin Classic**, or vice versa.
