If you’ve hit an error page while exploring features on the Awin platform, here’s what might be happening - and how to fix it.
Why you’re seeing an error page
You may not have access to the feature because:
The feature isn’t included in your plan: Some features are exclusive to our Accelerate or Advanced plans.
Wrong account type: You might be trying to access an advertiser feature with a partner account, or vice versa.
Broken or incorrect link: Double-check the URL or try navigating directly through the Awin platform.
Incorrect platform: You may be trying to access a feature that’s only available in the New Awin while using Awin Classic, or vice versa.
