# Introducing Ava: instant answers, anytime

Ava is Awin’s virtual assistant, available 24/7 in English. It helps you find information and complete tasks quickly.

## Why you should use Ava

Ava helps you work faster by providing:

- Clear guidance on using the Awin platform with direct links to relevant tools and resources including setup, tracking, reporting and payments.
- Quick answers to common questions without leaving the platform or searching manually.

## Where to find Ava

To open Ava:

1. Log in to Awin platform.
2. Click the button **Need help? Ask Ava** at the bottom of the screen.
3. Type your question and press **Enter**.

## How to use Ava

- Ask your question in natural language, for example: *How do I set up tracking?*
- Ava will return a concise answer based on Awin content and resources.
- If more details exist, Ava will link you directly to the full article or the tool.
