A product feed is a file of an advertiser’s products. It has details such as product names, prices and images. The list includes feeds from: - Advertisers you have joined - Advertisers that let you promote their products before you join The list is a CSV file. You can open it in Excel, Google Sheets or a similar tool. ## Why use it - **See all your feeds in one place.** For each feed, you can see the advertiser, the number of products and when it was last updated. - **Get fresher data.** Check when each feed was last updated. Then download only the feeds that have changed. - **Get a ready-made download link** for each feed. - **Save time.** You can set up a script to download the list for you on a schedule. ## Before you start You need two things: - Your Awin Publisher ID - Your data feed key - This is a code that lets you download product feeds. > [!NOTE] > Note > > Your data feed key is not the same as your Publisher API key. The Publisher API key won’t work here. ### To find your data feed key 1. In the platform, go to **Toolbox > Create-a-Feed**. 2. Create a feed and copy its download link. 3. In the link, find the text after `apikey/`. This is your data feed key. ## How to download the list 1. Copy this link: ```plaintext https://ui.awin.com/productdata-darwin-download/publisher/{publisherId}/{datafeedsApiKey}/1/feedList ``` 1. Replace `{publisherId}` with your Publisher ID (remove the curly brackets). 2. Replace `{datafeedsApiKey}` with your data feed key (remove the curly brackets). 3. Paste the link into your browser. The file will download. **Example:** For partner ID 12345 and data feed key 1234, the link is: ```plaintext https://ui.awin.com/productdata-darwin-download/publisher/12345/1234/1/feedList ``` ## What’s in the file Each row in the file is one feed. This table explains each column. | Column | What it tells you | Example | | --- | --- | --- | | Advertiser ID | The advertiser’s ID in Awin | 85793 | | Advertiser Name | The advertiser’s name | Dress for Less DE | | Primary Region | The advertiser’s main country | DE | | Membership Status | Whether you have joined the advertiser’s program | active | | Datafeed Format | The feed format: Awin or Google | Awin | | Feed ID | The feed’s ID | 94888 | | Feed Name | The name the advertiser gave the feed | DFL Channable | | Language | The language of the feed | German | | Vertical | The category of products, such as *Fashion* or *Travel*. If this is empty, the feed uses the general layout. | Fashion | | Last Imported | When the feed was last updated | 2026-11-02 14:11:53 | | Last Checked | When the scheduled check for changes was last run | 2026-11-03 11:04:02 | | No of products | How many products are in the feed | 454551 | | URL | The link to download this feed (see below) | `https://productdata.awin.com/datafeed/download/apikey/…` | **What a row looks like in the file** (the link is shortened): ```plaintext 85793,Dress for Less DE,DE,active,Awin,94888,DFL Channable,German,Fashion,2026-11-02 14:11:53,2026-11-03 11:04:02,454551,https://productdata.awin.com/datafeed/download/apikey/… ``` ### The feed download link Each feed link gives you a CSV file that: - Includes only the columns the advertiser has filled in. - Can include adult products. > [!NOTE] > Note > > Feeds in Google format use a different style of link. ---
