# About Zapier

### What is Zapier?

It allows you to connect your favorite apps, like Microsoft Office, Shopify, Google Sheets, Slack, and many more with Awin to use triggers from one platform to perform actions in another.

For example, use our New Offers trigger to store promotions in an Excel Sheet or post them in a Teams Channel. Or set up a recurring workflow that reports back last weeks performance of your affiliate program in send it directly your email box.

By automating your affiliate marketing workflows you can save time, reduce errors, and spend time capturing new opportunities to grow your affiliate activities.
