Awin offers different permission levels for users, each providing varying degrees of access to your advertiser program. You can assign the appropriate permission level to each user based on their role and responsibilities.
The types of permission levels are:
Owner - Has full write access to the program and can administer users with varying levels of access. Owners also have control over the owner status of the program. They can change payment details, manage commissions, view commission details, aggregated reports, reporting, statistics, and invoices.
Admin - Has full write access to the program and can administer users but can’t control the owner status. Admins can change payment details, manage commissions, view commission details, aggregated reports, reporting, statistics, and invoices.
Full Access - Users with Full Access have write access to the program and can change settings, manage commissions, view commission details, aggregated reports, reporting, statistics, and invoices. However, they can’t change payment details or administer users.
Basic Access - Basic Access users have write access and can change settings, view reporting, statistics, and invoices. They can’t manage commissions, view commission details, aggregated reports, or administer users. They also can’t change payment details.
Viewer - Viewers have read-only access to the program. They can view aggregated reports, reporting, statistics, and invoices but cannot change any settings, manage commissions, view commission details, or administer users.
Restricted Viewer - Restricted Viewers have very limited read-only access. They can’t change settings, view reporting, see statistics, view invoices, or edit payment details. They also can’t administer users or view commission-related information.
