Plan availability

This report is available only for Awin Accelerate and Advanced customers, provided they are integrated with SingleView through the MasterTag plugin.

What is the Journey Path report

The Journey Path report provides reporting for multi-channel touchpoints directly in the Awin platform. The report provides the journey path for every transaction, as well as a breakdown of the customer journey length and the number of unique touches.

The report also provides detailed transaction information for every order on your site. This enables you to make more informed cross-channel strategy decisions, better understand your customer journeys, and identify previously unseen interactions between multiple affiliates in the same journey.

Accessing the Journey Path report

To access the Journey Path report, navigate in the platform to Reports > Insights > Journey Path. By default, the report shows information for this month, and the summary graphs show daily information.

Customizing the Journey Path report

For the main report visualization, the coloured blocks represent the touchpoints that a customer reached. From left to right, the blocks illustrate the first touchpoint through to the last touchpoint before conversion. The numbers within each block represent how many times that touchpoint occurred in that journey.

For the default view, Journey Length is the total number of touchpoints a customer made in a journey, and Unique Touches is the number of unique touchpoints a customer made in a journey. The colors represent each channel, as shown in the legend.

  • Touchpoints: For sales that match your filters, it shows a summary that includes the number of customer touchpoints before conversion.
