What is a Device Performance report
The Device Performance report details the breakdown of key metrics like clicks, sales and revenue between different devices - phone, tablet, PC, cross device and other.
This report is useful if you wish to take a deeper dive into what device types users are visiting your website from through your affiliate campaigns, how much they are spending on average, as well as support analysis on customer journeys.
Important
This report will include declined transactions.
Accessing and filtering the report
To access this report, navigate in the platform to Reports > Performance > Device.
You can adjust it by using the filters on the right-hand side and choose the below:
Period - Desired date range from predefined options, e.g., Last Week or Year to Date.
From and To - Custom start and end dates for the report.
Graph Metric - Metric to be visualized by the pie chart, e.g., number of sales or commission.
Device - Which devices should be included in the report.
Device OS - Different operating systems (this filter is greyed out until you select an appropriate device, e.g., Tablets).
Publisher - Specific partners you want to see in the report.
Based On - Transaction Date and Validation Date.
Transaction Type - Which transactions you want to see in the report based on their type, e.g., Lead or Sale.
Publisher Tags - Specific tags you want to see in the report.
When ready, click Generate Report to see your results.
Exporting the report
After you generate the report, you can export is as either CSV on Excel spreadsheet.
Hover over Options in the top-right corner of the table and select your required output.
Open the report from your browser’s downloads folder.
