What is a custom report
A custom report is specifically designed based on customer requirements and is accessible on the platform to enhance the existing reporting suite. It’s exclusively available to customers on the Advanced plan.
To initiate the creation of a custom report, customers must fill out a requirements form that captures all necessary details tailored to their specific criteria. We encourage customers to provide comprehensive information about their needs and the questions they want the report to address, ensuring we deliver a valuable outcome. All custom reports are branded with Awin’s identity to maintain consistency within the platform.

What data can be included in a custom report
Most transactional data can be included in a custom report. If a requirement falls outside the available scope, we will communicate this to ensure alignment on what can be developed. For instance, requests for external data (data collected outside of the Awin platform) would be considered out of scope.
The custom report data is not available in real-time. It refreshes daily, updating with the data from the previous day.
Who has access to my custom reports?
Access to custom reports is controlled at the user level, which is why we request email addresses in the requirements form. If you need to change your existing access to custom reports, please reach out to us. If you have a dedicated Awin contact, please reach out to them. What is the timeline for completion?
The expected turnaround time for custom reporting is two to four weeks once all requirements are submitted.
