Understanding the key metrics

The report provides valuable insights into several key performance indicators (KPIs), including:

  • Impressions - The number of times your banner is displayed to users.

  • Clicks - The number of times users click on your banner.

  • eCPM (effective cost per thousand impressions) - The estimated earnings per 1,000 impressions.

  • EPC (earnings per click) - The average revenue generated each time a user clicks on your banner.

  • CR (conversion rate) - The percentage of clicks that result in an action, such as a purchase or sign-up.

  • Quantity - The total number of actions or conversions generated by your banner.

  • Amount - The total revenue generated from your banner.

  • Commission - The amount earned through commissions based on the banner’s performance.

How to use the report for optimization

Regularly reviewing these metrics is essential for optimizing your banners and maximizing their performance. Here are some tips based on the insights provided by the report:

  • High impressions, low conversion rate: If your banner is receiving a lot of impressions and clicks but has a low conversion rate (CR), this may indicate that the banner is grabbing attention but not driving enough action. In this case, consider optimizing your Call to Action (CTA) or revising the banner copy to make it more compelling.

  • High EPC and CR: If your banner shows a high EPC and CR, it’s performing well by converting clicks into revenue. Continue to monitor its performance and consider replicating its success across other campaigns.
