What is the Advertiser Dashboard
The Dashboard is the first page you see after logging into your Awin account.
You can use this area to get a clear summary of the activity on your program over the last month, as well as a list of tasks for you to perform to keep your program running smoothly.
Monthly Periods Comparison
This graph shows a snapshot of partner activity including number of clicks driven to your website by partners, the number of sales generated through the channel and the total value of sales. The graph shows a comparison to data from the previous month, meaning you can monitor fluctuations in activity from one month to the next.
To Do List
The To Do List is designed to help you see the most important tasks to complete in order to maintain your network account and run a successful program.
It will inform you if you need to:
Validate commissions
Investigate transaction queries
Approve new partners
Update your profile
Make changes to your product feed
Look at any expiring voucher codes
Add a welcome email
Account Overview
This feature helps you see at a glance the key statistics relating to your advertiser account. The data in the overview includes the following:
Platform plan
Payment status
Average payment time
Number of pending sales
Value of pending sales
Total number of partners
Number of products in the product feed
Date of last changes made to product feed
Date the product feed was last imported
Awin Index Progress
An advertiser’s Awin Index score is calculated by taking into account your conversion rate, transaction approval  percentage, validation time and average earnings per click across your program.
This feature shows you how these statistics have changed from the previous month to this. It highlights clearly any achievements and potential areas for improvement if you want to focus on enhancing your Awin Index score.
Validations
This section indicates the age of the oldest commission that is still pending. If auto-validation is enabled, it will also display the next scheduled time for it to run.
Publisher Invite Link
This is your unique referral link. Share it with partners who are not yet on Awin to invite them to join your program. Using this link allows them to sign up more quickly and be automatically approved to your program. Be sure to share it only with partners you know and trust.
