Where to find your invoices

You can view and download all your billing documents generated since 1 January 2023 by navigating to Account > Billing > Invoice History in the Awin platform.

From this page, you’ll have access to downloadable PDFs of:

  • Invoices

  • Pre-payment requests

  • Credit notes

The page updates twice daily to ensure you always have the most up-to-date billing information.

Key features of the Invoice History page

Downloadable PDFs: Instantly download invoices and other billing documents - no need to wait for email attachments.

Note

You must have Two-Step Verification (2SV) enabled to download billing documents. This helps protect your financial data.

Smart filtering: Use filters to sort documents by billing period, payment status, or total amount - making it easy to find what you need.

Secure access: Only users with Owner or Admin permissions can view this section, keeping your financial data secure.

Email notifications: Invoices are also emailed to the contact listed in your original application or contract.

Note

Changes made to company or contact details in the Awin platform do not automatically update your invoice recipient.

Updating your invoice details

If you need to change your invoice contact or update company details, please contact us. If you have a dedicated Awin contact, please reach out to them. If not, you can get in touch with our support team by filling out the contact form.
